Alina is responsible for indicator development for ESGx by Reorg. Alina’s work focuses on science- based research, reporting initiatives, following regulatory requirements, and client delivery operations. Alina previously worked at Sustainalytics within the indicator development team. She has an MA and BA in Environmental Science from the University of Bucharest.

Catalin leads our Global ESGx Analyst Team, supervising data operations, with a primary focus on data collection and validation, feeding into our ESG products. His role extends to the establishment of the Bucharest ESGx Analyst Team, where he actively fosters the professional development of analysts, elevating their competencies within the ESG landscape. Prior to joining, Catalin worked at Sustainalytics/Morningstar as an ESG Research Manager. He holds a BSc (Hons) Business Economics from the University of Bradford.

Caterina is an ESG Operations Analyst for FinDox by Reorg and part of the DEI Committee. She is responsible for client engagement and operations requests on the FinDox ESGx product. She also provides ongoing support to the ESG delivery team. Prior to that, she worked as a Staff Writer for Reorg for over 2 years covering the credit market and hosting the company's podcast. She has a BA in Journalism and Communications from Cardiff University and an MA in Financial Journalism from City University. She has also completed various courses in ESG Management.

Duarte focuses on Reorg's data editorialization and contextualization for ESGx. Prior to joining Reorg, Duarte worked at Bloomberg where he was part of the Corporate Bonds and New Issuances teams within Global Data. He has an MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Lancaster University.

Jeff Kramer is global head of ESGx on the forefront of sustainable finance, leading the charge of ESG integration for the capital markets industry. Prior to this, Jeff was co-founder and principal of Mariana Systems, initiating the commercialization of the product in May 2013. Jeff’s primary responsibilities were concentrated on new market and business development, product strategy and marketing, and client outreach and coordination, as well as ongoing customer success.

Luke oversees a team of ESG, operational and editorial analysts and is responsible for aligning the ESGx product with current regulatory frameworks and market demands. Having developed the regulation aligned SFDR reporting methodology and automated reporting tool he acts as the point of contact for all ESG clients. Prior to joining Reorg, Luke worked in the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan. He has a BBusSc in Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town.
