Peter researches, analyzes and produces reports on leveraged loans and private credit loans. Prior to joining Reorg, Peter worked at Milbank LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he focused on leveraged finance. He has a J.D. and a B.A. in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mitch researches and analyzes companies' debt structures and produces reports on notable covenant issues for Americas Covenants. Prior to joining Reorg, Mitch was an associate at Baker & Hostetler. He has a J.D. from New York University and an M.S. in neurosciences from the University of California, San Diego and a B.S. in biopsychology and cognitive science from the University of Michigan.

Jody is responsible for helping to expand coverage for Americas Covenants. Prior to joining Reorg, Jody was a covenant analyst at Xtract Research. He has a J.D. from St. John’s University and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Julian performs legal research on debt documents to deliver insights on distressed and high-yield credits for Americas Covenants. Prior to joining Reorg, Julian was a restructuring associate at Latham & Watkins. He has a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Sarah supports the Americas Covenants team by researching companies' debt structures and notable covenant issues. Prior to joining Reorg Sarah was an allocation associate at Michael Kors. She has a B.B.A. in finance and investments from Baruch College.
