Azzurra specializes in analysing European high-yield bonds for EMEA Covenants. Prior to joining Reorg Azzurra was an in-house counsel for a leading investment bank and before that an associate at Milbank, where she focused on European debt capital markets transactions. She has an L.L.M. from Berkeley Law.

Bart covers high yield bonds in the European market for EMEA Covenants. A New York qualified lawyer, Bart has worked on high yield bonds and other leveraged finance transactions on both sides of the Atlantic for more than 35 years, including as a partner at Sidley Austin and Allen & Overy. He has law degrees from Columbia University and Queens' College, University of Cambridge.

Brian covers leveraged loans and high-yield bonds in the European market for EMEA Covenants (formerly Debt Explained). Prior to joining Reorg Brian was a partner in the banking and finance practice at Jones Day, where he advised on a wide range of banking matters focused on leveraged finance. He has degrees from The Law School, Law Society of Ireland, University College Dublin and Blackrock College.

Cristiana manages and coordinates all aspects of operations within the EMEA Covenants team (formerly Debt Explained). Prior to joining Reorg Cristiana was a senior sales administrator at AEL Crystals Limited. She has an M.B.A. from the Artifex University and a B.B.A. in management and public administration from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest.

Erik manages the production, delivery and development of Reorg's Global Covenants product. Prior to joining Reorg, Erik was Global Operations Manager at Xtract Research in the US and London. He has a M.A. in East Asian Studies from Lund University and a B.A. in Political Science from Bates College.

Elisabeth analyses data and trends for the European High Yield Bonds and Leveraged Loans markets. Prior to joining Reorg, she worked as a research analyst in the production sector. She has an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and two BAs from The Ohio State University.

Ian covers leveraged loans and high yield bonds in the European market for EMEA Covenants. Ian has over 10 years' of experience advising on a range of banking, leveraged loans and high yield transactions, from his time as Counsel at Morrison & Foerster, and as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb and Herbert Smith. He read law at St. Catharine's College, University of Cambridge.

Modestas is a Senior Digital Covenant Analyst. Prior to joining Reorg Modestas was an associate at law firms where he was consulting clients on business and company law matters. He has a M.A. in Law from Vilnius University.

Neha manages and coordinates all aspects of work within the Pune team for EMEA Covenants (formerly Debt Explained). Prior to joining Reorg Neha was a paralegal at Gide Loyrette Nouel LLP. She has a B.A. in international relations from Boston University and completed the LPC at the College of Law, London.

Shweta is Global Head of Covenants leading the team's legal coverage, product and strategic development initiatives. Shweta brings 15 years of experience as a leveraged finance lawyer, having previously worked at Clifford Chance. She has an LL.M from Kings College, London

Tope specializes in European leveraged loans and high-yield bonds for EMEA Covenants (formerly Debt Explained). Prior to joining Reorg, Tope was a senior associate with Gide Loyrette and Milbank Tweed specializing in project and acquisition financings. She has an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and an LL.M from Harvard Law School.

Vesta manages the team building Covenants Calculator. Prior to joining Reorg Vesta was a deputy head of legal department at aviation company operating in Europe and Asia, also an associate at law firms where she was advising clients on contractual and regulatory matters. She has a M.A. in Law from Vilnius University.

Vytautas provides all the necessary covenants data into the Fundamentals platform by analyzing offering memorandums of the European market. Prior to joining Reorg, Vytautas completed an internship in legal area as legal assistant in State control of the Republic of Lithuania. He has a Masters in Law from Vilnius University.
