Dechert has filed a rule 2019 statement as counsel for the
newly-formed PREPA ad hoc group, disclosing total holdings of approximately $2.1 billion of uninsured PREPA bond holdings as of Sept. 22.
The statement adds that each member of the group “holds or manages funds and/or accounts that hold approximately $2.1 billion in aggregate principal amount” of uninsured bonds.
