UPDATE 4: 10:35 a.m. ET 11/14/2023: Judge Christopher Lopez approved the
appointment of retired Delaware bankruptcy judge Christopher Sontchi as the replacement mediator in the Tehum Care Services chapter 11 case at an uncontested hearing this morning. The debtors will submit a modified mediation stipulation reflecting an agreement made on the record that the non-estate settling parties will bear the costs of the mediation.
