Specialist private health oncology services provider GenesisCare sold its Australian cardiology division for AUD 152 million ($104 million) to Australia-based investment manager Adamantem Capital. The net cash proceeds will come to AUD 120 million, about half of the AUD 200 million to AUD 250 million the group had targeted.
