Specialist private health oncology services provider GenesisCare sold its Australian cardiology division for AUD 152 million ($104 million) to Australia-based investment manager Adamantem Capital. The net cash proceeds will come to AUD 120 million, about half of the AUD 200 million to AUD 250 million the group had targeted. The company will use AUD 50 million of the proceeds to partly repay the AUD 75 million loan sponsor KKR
