Ben manages the Private Company Analysis and Fundamentals products at Reorg. Prior to Reorg, Ben worked at Citi. He has a bachelor in science degree from London School of Economics.

Kim is a Senior Credit Analyst at Reorg, joining the company in January 2024 with Reorg's acquisition of LoansIntel. Together she brings over 20 years of credit experience, including 13 years as a buy-side analyst in the high yield group at Barings LLC and 8 years on the sell-side in a variety of roles at J.P. Morgan. Kim holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from Cornell University.

James is a Senior Credit Analyst at Reorg, joining the Company in June 2024. Prior to his current role, James held positions specializing in capital markets and research across multiple assets classes including Distressed Credit, Equity and Equity Derivatives. He has advised creditors, debtors, and institutional investors for a majority of his career. James holds a BBA from Loyola University of Maryland.

Kaito is a Credit Analyst at Reorg, covering primary issuances in the broadly syndicated loan market. He joined Reorg with the acquisition of FinDox is 2022, where he worked on the FDA/Fundamentals team. Kaito holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College.

Katerina is a Credit Analyst at Reorg, covering primary issuance in the broadly syndicated loan markets. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Fundamentals Analyst at Fundamentals by Reorg and an intern at General Motors. Katerina holds a MSc in Finance from University of Southern California and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University. She is a CFA level 3 candidate with plans to take the final exam in February 2025.

Lin works as a Senior Credit Analyst at Reorg, focusing on secondary analysis and stressed situations of leveraged loans. Prior to joining Reorg, she worked as a credit analyst at LoansIntel, a co-founder of a startup, a high-yield analyst at State Street Global Advisors, and an analyst at China International Capital Corporation. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a BS in Finance from Tsinghua University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Michael is a Credit Analyst at Reorg, joining the company in January 2024 following Reorg's acquisition of LoansIntel. Previously, he worked as a Leveraged Finance Associate at Jefferies, where he was involved in various transactions across multiple industries. Michael holds a Dual Degree MBA/Master in Finance from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami.

Peter is a Senior Credit Analyst at Reorg, joining the company in the November 2022 with the acquisition of FinDox, where he helped build the FDA database of financial models for issuers of broadly syndicated loans. Peter began his career at Standard Poor’s Debt Ratings Group and subsequently worked with Duff & Phelps Investment Research, KDP Investment Advisors, Aeltus Investment Mannagement and Oaktree Capital. Peter holds a BA in English from University of Colorado, an MBA in Finance from Tulane University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst

Shuheng is a Credit Analyst in Reorg covering primary issuance and stressed situations of leveraged loans. He previously worked as a fundamental analyst in Reorg and interned at CITIC. He has a Masters in Financial Analysis from London Business School, and a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
