Goldman Sachs is pre-placing some of the debt backing Unilever’s sale of its tea business Ekaterra to CVC, sources told Reorg.

About 12 funds have taken debt tickets ranging from €200 million to €400 million in advance of a possible syndication. The debt is being sold at an 80 OID, sources said.

The debt has already traded on the secondary market in the low-80s, one source added.
