The report highlights developments in liability management, recent cooperation agreements signed and the capital structures of most interest for the month of August. It also details the advisors hired to work with performing companies and their creditors in August as sourced from Reorg’s proprietary Advisors Database. Featured companies include Del Monte Foods Inc., Magenta Buyer LLC, United Site Services Inc. and Wesco Aircraft.
Reorg reported on one cooperation agreement during August, as the cooperation agreement covering MultiPlan’s secured creditor group went effective at the beginning of the month.
During August, advisors were hired, according to sources, by companies and creditor groups for 77 distinct situations, including Pitney Bowes, Advanced Auto Parts and Rayonier. Reorg’s proprietary Advisors Database also includes advisors hired for bankrupt credits, although these are excluded from the list below.
