Prior to joining Reorg Alisha was an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs. She has a J.D. from Columbia University and a B.S. in economics, government and legal studies from Bowdoin College.
Julian performs legal research on debt documents to deliver insights on distressed and high-yield credits for Americas Covenants. Prior to joining Reorg, Julian was a restructuring associate at Latham & Watkins. He has a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mitch researches and analyzes companies' debt structures and produces reports on notable covenant issues for Americas Covenants. Prior to joining Reorg, Mitch was an associate at Baker & Hostetler. He has a J.D. from New York University and an M.S. in neurosciences from the University of California, San Diego and a B.S. in biopsychology and cognitive science from the University of Michigan.
Peter leads coverage and manages the team of legal analysts for Americas Covenants and Americas Covenants Prime. Prior to joining Reorg, Peter worked at Milbank LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he focused on leveraged finance. He has a J.D. and a B.A. in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Scott is based in New York City and leads the public side of the Americas Covenants team at Reorg. He has more than 15 years of experience working for law firms and independent credit research firms, including Covenant Review in New York, Milbank in New York, and Ashurst in London and Paris. Scott has a BA from Curtin University, an LLB from The University of Western Australia, and a CFA® Charter from the CFA Institute. He is licensed to practice law in New York and England & Wales, and was previously licensed to practice law in New South Wales and Paris. Scott is fluent in English and French.
